Poblano chili and golden raisins were two of the ingredients in tonight's dinner. Adrienne and I made corn crepes with a filling of goat cheese, the two above ingredients, zucchini, pine nuts, and a dallop of freshly made chipolte salsa. On the side, we have a salad of endive, grapefruit, avocado, and fennel. It's been great having Cal here. She likes vegetables! Ahem, unlike other people who live in my house. Though, we might be turning a new leaf, Adrienne gave tonight's dinner two thumbs-up!
